Answers to some frequently asked questions.
Who will provide the cleaning service? A regularly assigned team of TerriCloth Cleaning Specialists will clean your home. You will see the same familiar faces in your home or office.
What time will your cleaning specialists arrive? Our normal workdays are Tuesday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Some commercial clients have us service their accounts after business hours. We also work on Saturdays. This day is reserved for our clients who wish to have their location cleaned on a monthly basis.
Do I need to provide cleaning products? No. TerriCloth Cleaning brings all cleaning supplies. Some of our clients do request specific products to be used. In this case, we ask our clients to leave the products out with instructions of where to use the products. We even use cotton cloths to dust fine furniture.
What types of products do you use? We take pride in the products we choose to use. We use a natural line of cleaners that work as well as conventional cleaners. Many of the products we use are made from plant-based materials without harsh chemical fumes. The Green Products we use are of natural ingredients that are biodegradable.
What do I have to do before your group arrives? We ask our clients to pick up clothing, toys or miscellaneous items which may be scattered about. Or if our clients prefer, we ask that a laundry basket or box be left out. Any miscellaneous items will be placed in this one location.
Do I need to be onsite at the time of service? No. 90% of our clients are not present when we arrive. Some clients leave a key hidden, provide us with an entrance code to unlock their doors or give us a key to their location so we are able to enter upon arrival. If we are unable to access your location on a scheduled cleaning day, a travel fee may be billed.
What about holidays or changing a scheduled cleaning visit? Should your scheduled cleaning day fall on a major holiday, we will contact you in advance to reschedule your day. If you need to change a scheduled day, we appreciate a 72-hour notice prior to our arrival. Short notices may incur a fee and will be billed accordingly.
How do I pay for the service? Residential clients simply leave a check in the home on the day of their service. Commercial clients are billed prior to services being rendered.

I have been using Terri's cleaning services for about 6 years now and I just love the way her group cleans! I look forward to every other week when I arrive home and walk into a clean house that smells great. I also appreciate that Terri uses top quality products.
